Information we collect

Account details such as name, email and mobile number. Lookup inputs (Aadhaar or PAN) are stored in shortened form for billing history. Payment order IDs and UPI status are stored to confirm paid searches and credit wallets.

How we use it

We use this information to run the requested search, collect payment, prevent abuse, maintain your wallet and show reports to you or the administrator. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

Search requests are sent to our verification partners only to complete the service you asked for. Payment details are processed through the UPI / Paytm merchant used on this site. We do not publish your PAN or Aadhaar on public pages.

Security

Sessions, CSRF checks, rate limits and encrypted storage are used to reduce misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request deletion of an agent account by contacting the administrator. Some payment and lookup records may be retained where required for accounting or fraud prevention.
